Through its focus on the possibilities of change, acupuncture can have a profound effect on re-establishing mental health balance.

It is normal for our mental health to fluctuate. In nature we see how the seasons change, the tide rises and falls and night becomes day. Chinese medicine borrows from these inevitabilities in nature to understand how human emotions ebb and flow.

I am trained in the Five Elements style of acupuncture which offers a beautiful model for understanding how each person’s inherent constitution effects their emotional and physical balance and imbalance.
